Ash Brown is an Upledger-trained Licensed Massage Therapist whose practice focuses on craniosacral therapy, with 20 years of experience across conventional and integrative health. Her path into integrative care was shaped by her professional experience and her own journey overcoming significant health challenges. Her experiences inspired her to pursue formal training in the approaches she found most meaningful in her own healing, deepening her commitment to helping others feel supported and empowered in their health journeys. Her practice centers on gentle touch, deep somatic listening, and care for the whole person. Ash approaches each session by attuning to the body’s inner wisdom, allowing the individual’s needs and responses to guide the pace and direction of the work. She values craniosacral therapy for its gentleness and depth, and for an approach that honors the connections between mind, body, and spirit. Ash’s approach is informed by her background in clinical herbalism and Somatic Therapy, along with a foundation in functional medicine and functional neurology. She also holds pediatric massage certifications, including advanced pediatric training for children with additional medical needs and specialized training in autism and trauma. Alongside her clinical work, Ash teaches Pathology, Energetics, Aromatherapy, and Craniosacral Therapy at the Central Florida School of Massage Therapy. Across her work, she is passionate about helping people deepen their understanding of their bodies and regain agency in their own care. Tim Monaco is a Florida licensed Acupuncture Physician and Licensed Massage Therapist. He has been in practice for over 30 years as a Holistic Health Professional, incorporating functional nutrition, corrective exercise and rehabilitation, along with hands-on therapies. Tim competed as a professional triathlete and Ultra distance runner in his 20’s and 30’s, which informed his understanding of the scope and value of holistic health. Dr. Olenek is an Orlando native. He attended Trinity Preparatory School in Winter Park and went on to play Division 1 baseball at Mercer University in Macon, GA. He graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. After working in the finance world for a few years, he moved on to assist and service doctors in spine and brain surgeries. It was through this career that his passion for learning about health took off. Dr. Olenek eventually went back to school and obtained his Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine from Palmer Chiropractic College, the founding school of Chiropractic. Dr. Olenek is also licensed in the state of Florida to practice Acupuncture. Dr. Olenek uses a variety of chiropractic techniques such as Diversified, Thompson, Applied Kinesiology, Activator Method, McKenzie Method, and Sacro-Occipital Technique. He also adjusts extremities such as shoulders, elbows, wrists, knees, ankles, and feet. His mission is to restore health through natural methods, chiefly Chiropractic and Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques, which allows each individual to attain lasting results with long-standing resolution of conditions.
